Payment Options

Option #1 Pay Online with Intuit Payment Network

Intuit Products Include Quickbooks, Quicken, Turbo Tax & More!  Similar to paying your car insurance or power bill, simply create a login with your email through the Intuit's secure website, set your info up one time, then each month pay securely using your bank account.  This process is the quickest and takes approximately 2 business days to post. Option #2 Pay Online with Your Own Bank's Bill Pay Service

Most banks including but not limited to PNC, BB&T, Capital One, & Sandy Spring offer free bill pay services for their account holders.  Set us up one time, then each month simply go online through your bank to pay the invoice.  Your bank will mail us your payment.  Our address for bill pay is:  The Scoop Squad, P.O. Box 1198, Middletown, MD 21769.  *Please check to see how long your bank takes to deliver payment to us to avoid late fees.  The average time to deliver through most financial institutions is 5 business days; your bank will give you an estimated delivery date when you set up payment.

Option #3 Pay By Check or Money Order

All checks or money orders should be made out to:  "The Scoop Squad" and mailed to P.O. Box 1198, Middletown, MD 21769. 

                                            Billing

*With all services customers are billed on a monthly basis.  Invoices will be sent via mail, email, or left at customers homes (dog walking/pet visits only) at the end of each month.  Invoice delivery options will be discussed upon service order. 

*Bills are due by the 15th with a three day grace period.  ***One time scoops or temporary jobs will be billed at the completion of the job & will be due upon receipt.

*If bills are not paid within 15 days of the invoice date the greater of $5 or 10% total bill late fee will be applied, and services will be suspended until payment is received.
